Our Treatments

1

Adjustments

An adjustment is a highly skilled, precise, and gentle force applied by a chiropractor to a specific joint that isn't moving optimally. While you might hear a "pop" sound, this treatment helps to restore proper movement, reduce discomfort, and decrease pain, allowing your body to heal and perform better.

2

Mobilizations

Joint mobilizations are gentle, rhythmic movements applied to restricted joints. This technique helps increase flexibility, reduce stiffness, and alleviate pain by restoring normal movement and improving tissue mobility, typically without a "pop."

3

Soft Tissue Therapy

Soft tissue therapy targets muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia using hands-on techniques like massage and myofascial release. It aims to reduce tension, break adhesions, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility, crucial for pain relief and healing.

4

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations (IASTM)

IASTM uses specialized instruments to detect and treat soft tissue restrictions, like scar tissue. This technique breaks down adhesions, improves blood flow, and promotes faster healing in muscles and tendons, reducing pain and increasing range of motion.

5

Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific body points. This technique stimulates internal systems, promoting blood flow, reducing pain and inflammation, and relaxing muscles to support the body's healing.

6

Cupping

Cupping therapy uses specialized cups to create suction on the skin, gently lifting tissues. This decompresses muscles, improves circulation, releases tension, and aids in waste removal, helping to reduce pain and enhance muscle recovery and range of motion.

7

Low-Level Laser Therapy

Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) uses specific light wavelengths to stimulate cellular function. This non-invasive therapy reduces pain and inflammation, accelerates tissue repair, and improves circulation, promoting faster recovery for various conditions.

8

IFC/TENS

IFC (Interferential Current) and TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) use safe, low-level electrical currents. Applied via skin electrodes, they block pain signals, stimulate your bodies natural pain-relieving chemicals, and reduce muscle spasms. These non-invasive therapies offer effective pain relief for various musculoskeletal conditions.

9

Shockwave

Shockwave therapy delivers high-energy acoustic waves to injured tissues. This non-invasive treatment stimulates blood flow, accelerates cell regeneration, and breaks down scar tissue, effectively reducing pain and promoting faster healing for chronic conditions.

10

Athletic & K-Taping

Athletic taping offers strong support for injury prevention or immediate stability during activity. Kinesiology taping (K-Tape) is a flexible, elastic tape that aids muscle movement, reduces swelling, and alleviates pain without restricting motion, supporting recovery and performance.

11

Exercise/Rehab Therapy

Our personalized exercise and rehab programs are key to your recovery. They include tailored stretches, strengthening, and functional movements to restore motion, build strength, improve coordination, and prevent re-injury, all guided by our therapists.

12

Activator

The Activator Method is a gentle, low-force chiropractic technique using a small, handheld instrument. It delivers a quick, precise impulse to specific joints, restoring motion and improving nervous system function, often without the "cracking" sound. It's a comfortable option for a gentler approach.
